Educational Qualifications:

MBA (Marketing)/ Master's in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance or Equivalent degree from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Develop Sales Plan, Budget, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be self motivated, dynamic, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator .
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Ceramic Bricks/ Tiles,Steel,Cement and Real Estate sector marketing.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing executives so as to enhance team building/spirit.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.

Experience Requirements:

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick, Tiles/Ceramic

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
